
Hello! My name is Patrick Van Abel and I hope to ‘serve’ you as a resource for fundamental change. High-performance organizations that are truly kicking butt over the long haul have many intentional forces at work. I have been a business owner for over 25 years. I have opened and operated more than 10 different small and mid-sized businesses. Most all of which are still thriving today. We made lots of mistakes, had our fill of frustrations and enjoyed many successes. We started listening and we learned.

Why?

No BS, if you are seeing red flags in your organization or your just stuck in average or you want purpose, we can help. It all starts with aligning your intentions plus action. Get a VISION statement you are willing to fight for - Start getting some Candid feedback about the behaviors allowed to exist in your tribe - Identify & Eliminate the bad behaviors. Celebrate the wins even the small ones.
You will start fueling connection by finding out what people really feel. Remember that 'Feelings Drive the Mill'.... doesn't matter what you make or sell. We are all in the people business. We are passionate about this. We will be a thorn in your side to help you push for and sustain change. But please know that your comfort is NOT at the center of this conversation. We will push you and you will love it. This is fundamental positive change.
The brave souls that remove the fear and are willing to accept some candid feedback, will eventually be rewarded with less red flags and problems. You will NEVER arrive but things can be better!!
